Professor of Classical Languages and Literature Fellow and Tutor in Classics, Jesus College, University of Oxford Formerly a cellist and businessman, I have taught Classics at Oxford since 2000. My work explores ancient Greek literature, culture, and innovation, and includes The Greeks and the New (2011), Socrates in Love (2019), and How to Innovate (2021).
